Phulki’s “Empowerment of Women Workers Through Child Care Program” operates a community-based childcare center for a factory in collaboration with First Retailing (Uniqlo). The primary goal of this center is to provide a stress-free environment for mothers, enabling them to work while ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for their children. At the center, children are developing social and behavioral skills, as well as learning proper hygiene practices. Additionally, the childcare service is provided at no cost to parents. |
