The evaluation will assess the effects of the training on mental health and related outcomes, such as job satisfaction. It will also include a module to measure callers’ satisfaction with their helpline experience. |

The survey will focus on callers from factories participating in on-site training, as well as a sample of workers from non-participating factories, conducted at three different points in time. |
