| Short description | This current project is about organizational development on early childhood development. Bangladesh is still not very adapted to this ECD program or have high rate of professionals in this sector. Developing professionals in this sector will ensure better output in work related to childcare programs. Also to conduct any program basic management and financial management training is a necessity which not only helps to make a program successful but also helps to be more efficient and effective to implement it. |
| Major Achievements | ✓Phulki has successfully developed a pool of resources with well conceptualized training which is now performing well in sectors like: report writing, ECD based training and material development.
Previously the mid level staffs were less confident in terms of report writing or any English documents. But at current stage, ongoing English learning sessions has enabled them to write and learn while they are working. ✓The updated financial guideline has created a transparent and liable identity to the donors and funders. This has also allowed Phulki to let the donors know their stands. |
