● To support the FGS Denim Wear Ltd. and AR Jeans Ltd. Factory’s female workers. ● Address the age-appropriate developmental needs of children between 2-6 years. |
Project Purpose | ● To ensure a community-based childcare center that is safe, and dependable, and in order to assist low-income working mothers in achieving financial independence.
● To ensure proper development and care of the underprivileged children of low-paid working mothers. |

Short description | Phulki’s “Empowerment of Women Worker Through Child Care Program” is running 1 community-based child care center for the 2 factories in collaboration with Cool Foundation. The main purpose of this community-based canter is to provide a stress-free environment to the mothers so that they can work along with offering a secure environment for the children. Children are learning and educating themselves in social and behavioral skills. Children are also learning better hygiene practices. The cost of keeping a child in a childcare center is free for parents |
