Short Description:

Phulki organizes and provides caregiver training at both Phulki premises and other locations. The training includes theoretical sessions and practical training at various childcare centers to ensure caregivers are well-prepared to deliver high-quality childcare.

Achievement Stories / Case Studies:

Some caregivers faced literacy challenges, making it difficult for them to fully engage with the ECD training content. This posed a significant barrier.

Solution:

The facilitator put in extra effort to adapt the training methods to ensure that all caregivers understood the relevant topics. This was achieved by using adapted teaching methods that overcame language and literacy barriers, allowing all caregivers to benefit from the training.

Positive Outcome:

The project has received a positive response and greater acceptance from both factory management and different brands. This has enhanced collaboration between all stakeholders and has helped to further promote the importance of quality childcare in the factories and communities.
