IPA is working with Phulki for implementing the Well-being, productivity and economic prospects of urban female workers in Bangladesh. The research project plans to evaluate the impact of an empirically-supported Early Childhood Development intervention on female workers mental health and labor income in low-income urban communities in Bangladesh, as well as on childrens development outcomes. Phulki will partner with the research team as the organization conducting the ECD intervention.
